Shipping policy
Siren Soul Co. is not liable and will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen items from USPS , UPS, or other shipping carrier. Route Insurance is available for a nominal fee. It is recommended to use Route with every purchase.
If your shipment comes in broken/damaged, you have 24 hours from time of receiving the package to message us with images of the damage for a replacement. Replacements and refunds will NOT be offered if you attempted to alter the product in any way. Refunds will not be offered unless I am unable to replace it, then at that time, I will issue a refund.
